Special Education - PDC Subsidy Pre-Approval

Please take a few minutes to complete the Special Education PDC subsidy pre-approval form. Shortly after your submission an OPC representative will be in touch to confirm your pre-approval.

Attestation:

• I will complete an additional requirement within two-months of the course end date: a summative reflection with a focus on special education for school leaders that will be assessed to ensure focus on equity, accessibility, inclusion, and full participation of students with special education needs and students with disabilities.
• I will complete a follow-up survey regarding the experience and resulting impact, once the course is  successfully completed.
• After receiving pre-approval confirmation, I will register for the program through OPC within 30 days
• I acknowledge that if I am pre-approved and don't complete the foolow-up survey and additional summative assignment by March 31, 2025, the principals' association will not fulfill the subsidy application and reimbursement.
